* On the third Sunday in July Venetians celebrate the end of the first plague epidemic (festa Redentore). The departure on the marked Saturday is planned 30 minutes earlier, as the voyage takes about 45 minutes in each direction and the return to Piran is also delayed by 45min.

Passengers must be at the dock/port for 60 minutes before departure. Please note checkin ends 20 minutes before the departure of the catamaran.

In Venice the ferry arrives to San Basilio port. The port is located in the district Dorsoduro along the Giudecca canal just steps away from the historical center. Once exiting the passenger terminal and crossing the wooden bridge, coming to St. Mark’s square is simple and easy. The terminal is in walking distance to Piazzale Roma (bus station in Venice) and Ferrovia Santa Lucia (train station in Venice).
